The weight loss goal for March was 6 pounds. The final result?
Not 6 so I don’t get the prize but that just encourages me to do more.
- the goal is 6 pounds by the end of the month
- lift weights and do push ups and sit-ups on Tues and Thurs
- walk on Mon., Wed. and Fri
- increase vegetable and fruit intake
- continue with 5-6 small meals
- No Chinese!
- one cheat day each week
- continue with weekly check-ins
