The Battle of the Bulge – April 5th, 2010

The weight loss goal for March was 6 pounds.  The final result? 

5 POUNDS! 

Not 6 so I don’t get the prize but that just encourages me to do more. 

For April,

  • the goal is 6 pounds by the end of the month
  • lift weights and do push ups and sit-ups on Tues and Thurs
  • walk on Mon., Wed. and Fri
  • increase vegetable and fruit intake
  • continue with 5-6 small meals
  • No Chinese!
  • one cheat day each week
  • continue with weekly check-ins
