Weight Update – March 20, 2010

Lost one pound, 4 more to go by the end of the month. 

Food choices were good but I’m still not where I want to be in terms of physical exercise.  Although, I did take the stairs down in the parking garage.  I really didn’t have a lot of time for exercise because of obligations this week.  But, I’m off on Monday and the weather forecast for the week should provide several opportunities to get out and walk.

  1. I was a set to start walking really early every morning with my neighbor, but this darn snow came back. I really need to get back into shape soon.

  2. Your blog keeps getting better and better! Your older articles are not as good as newer ones you have a lot more creativity and originality now. Keep it up!
