I’m setting another goal. It’s part of the BIG goal to be healthier and it covers the physical side of the equation.
I made a committment today to join my associates Evelyn and Lisa in the 5K Hospital Hill Run!
It has been years since I’ve done a “walk”…maybe high school days. So it’s a challenge but I BELIEVE I can do it as long as I have no distractions (too many outside activities, restaurant visits, etc.). I’ve already downloaded the suggested training schedule and next week the sun will be out longer and provide me with more opportunities to train.
