The Toothache Diet

The blog launched today and the plan was to start journaling about a healthier lifestyle.  Well, having a toothace forces you to eat less because consuming food becomes an exercise in pain!  However, I still made pretty good choices…2 servings of veggies, some turkey for protein and a little bit of mac and cheese.  And I’m doing the whole wheat toast for breakfast now.  Although I love the taste of potato bread, wheat is much better for me.  Tomorrow is another day!
